Now lets talk about the trip: 1. Hotel: Movenpick Hotel Apartment Al-mamzar: Hotel was perfectly fit for my family and trip because i was travelling with my 2.5 year old kid and 4 parents. They have all amenities which require for a family trip like stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, cattle, etc. Hotel Staff : Very helpful, polite, humble, suggestive and always smile on face. Hotel Cleanliness: Supereb Hotel Location: Bit tricky. Why? Pros: near the boarder of Sharjaha and Dubai. There is a beach near by. They have mall near by. Very near to airport. Cons : only 1 and big one: During working days it is most busy route from anywhere from dubai and you need to spend good amount of time in traffic jam between 4 PM to 9 PM atleast. Food: Good Breakfast for both vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian. Other wise less option for vegetarians. So we hardly had our lunch or dinner at hotel. 2. Tour Arrangement: All the personnel who were with us were very kind and helpful. They all are always on time. They provide best vehicle for your tour which are comfortable and spacious. All the tour guides gives us best advice and flexibility as per our convenience except main co-ordinator (Ashwin and Ansal) because they did not make good communication between us & their people and due to which 2 times in morning we need to make our breakfast in hurry because we were on time as per our itinerary but they might have done some changes in pickups but forget to update us. But i must say all executive who were with us coperate with us and made our trip stress free and full of enjoyment. 3. Attraction which we opt for specifically as per our requirement: a. City tour: It was SIC basis, it was nice informative and enjoyable on beach near by burj Al Arab hotel b. Dhow Cruise: Dinner was good, tanura dance show was graceful, magician on cruise were also entertaining. c. Dessert Safari : PVT : it was awesome and thrilling experience on dune dessert. After that I opt for ATV dirt biking which i felt quite costly for a couple (250 AED) but worth to experience your own. Dinner was above average and all the performance like Belly Dance, Tanura Dance show, Fire Work Show all were great. d. Ski Dubai: PVT: True example to mordern technology as in dessert they have created a snow paradise with lots of activity. Here our personnel was very generous and flexible to enough to give more time to spend at ski dubai and Emirate mall of Dubai. e. Abu Dhabi: SIC : Fatest Roller coaster was a milestone. Ferrari world have faster roller coaster in the world. If you speed definitely go for it. On Abu Dhabi, our tour guide was very informative and give us many advices and suggestion related to biggest Mosque of UAE or Ferrari world etc. f. Burj Khalifa, Underwater Zoo, Aquarium : I would say everything in Dubai was spectacular and our travel partner also awesome with very friendly nature. We had following people during our trip: shoaib, Amzad, Ali, Rihaan.

xt trip with Travel Triangle. Had a great experience booking my trip from travel triangle for both my international trip Thailand and Dubai. They provide many quotations and give better deals. Highly recommend to book your next trip with Travel Triangle.

d checking time is 3PM however Mr. Shrey Tiwari told us checking time is 1 pm and as per him early checkin request was already placed. 2. As soon as we checked in Hotel asked us to pay 90 AED in advance as tourist tax. That is 15 AED per night per room. Mr. Shrey never bothered to tell us this in advance and said it is mentioned in pdf shared. 3. Rooms had bad smell, No balcony. They have night clubs on groud floor and music us so loud in nights till 3am you cannot sleep. Breakfast was average and repetitive. From No angle this is a 4 star hotel. 4. Each day different drivers come for pick up and drop. Who expect you to report in advance at gate like we are in a school. 5. Marina Dhow cruise was average, best seats are at top we were given seats below. 6. 2nd day City tour was worst by +971549964913 Hamza Nauman. It was drive thru dubai. 5-5 mins stops were given for pictures.Driver specifically denied us to eat anything like biscuits or any snack in car (a pregnant lady and kid was denied to have few bites). Jumeirah beach was promised to us that driver flatly denied, Mr Shrey Tiwari and team was of no help). At Atlantis hotel beach stop he told us he cannot park and if we come with any sand on our feets we will denied to sit in car. Worst and rude driver I have ever seen. 7. Mr. Shrey Tiwari already knew that we were traveling with 2 kids 5 yrs and 4 yrs Olds. He designed itenary like we will be in dubai mall for 10 hours. Before booking when I asked we need break in afternoon he said yes driver can drop you back. However we had to take cab ourselves. 8. Same day due to heavy rush at BurjKhalifa we got late and driver moved without picking us. Driver was informed well in advance that we are running late pls come 1/2 hour late. Just imagine you are at holiday and can't be 30 mins late to cover all things. 9. Desert safari was fine. 10. Dolphin show is average. 5 AED per head was charged as entry fees which was not infomed us before, AYA universe is 1 time watch thing. Few Pros: 1. La Quinta by Wyndham has 24 hours room service for food and their saffron restaurant food is good. 2. Hotel Staff was good. I don't think All Well travel group is capable of managing Rayna tour and travel in anyway. They promise/hide things before selling the package. However totally dependent on Rayna travel and their drivers for everything.
